I.Machine tool characteristics

  1.High rigidity integral bed
  This series of machine tools adopts 45° slant integral bed, the force is more stable when cutting. The extended span of tailstock and saddle rail   greatly improves the rigidity of bed saddle and tailstock.

 

2.High speed, high rigidity and high precision spindle
Integral spindle structure size is optimized to meet high rigidity and high speed. Through careful assembly, the spindle achieves the most ideal precision, with the characteristics of low temperature rise, small thermal deformation and high precision.

 

3.High rigidity tailstock
Tailstock adopts the inner sleeve small spindle structure, with the characteristics of good rotation accuracy and high stiffness, the position of the whole tailstock body can be coarse adjusted through the bed saddle.

 

4.High rigidity feed system
In order to compensate the lead screw elongation caused by the increase of working temperature, ensure the positioning accuracy of the lead screw and the system rigidity of the ball screw, the lead screw is pre-stretched and pre-tightened according to a certain amount of thermal elongation before assembly, so as to eliminate the influence of temperature rise on the accuracy

 

 

5.High rigid servo turret
Servo 12 station turret is adopted. The turret is servo driven hydraulic locking mode, with tool rest, mute, high speed, large torque and fast tool change speed. The locking oil cylinder inside the turret is matched with the precise concave convex tooth positioner, which has high accuracy of tool change and positioning, and can convert the cutter forward and backward, and can withstand heavy cutting.

 

6.Slide guide configuration
HTC50 series optional sliding rail structure, higher rigidity, suitable for heavy.
