Machine Advantage
I Narrow V belt drive structure
Directly driven the spindle rotation through the pulley,reducing the power loss of mechanical transfer, starting fast and smooth.
II Servo turret
It adopts servo motor to drive indexing, which has high precision and high reliability, which can meet the requirements of high
performance and fast tool change.
III The integrated spindle encoder
The special spindle encoder cancels the synchronous belt transmission mechanism, effectively reducing the failure rate.
IV Two axis feed
X axis and Z axis are driven by servo motor and directly connected with ball screw through elastic coupling.
Rolling guide rail is adopted for both two axis guide rails. The guide rail is four-direction equivalent load type, with high precision and large load, which greatly improves machining accuracy, fast moving speed and production efficiency.
